Rental Policies

Check in / Check out:
Check in any time after 2:00 p.m. (no early check ins)

Check out by 11:00 a.m. (when possible, check out can be extended at a rate of $10.00 for each additional hour)

Cancellation Policy:

• 80% refund with fourteen day notice of cancellation.
• Within two weeks of arrival absolutely No Refunds are made for any reason including: early departures, inclement weather, emergency etc.
• The number of nights reserved cannot be decreased from the original reserved nights

Dogs are accepted -but they must be house broken and guests are responsible for any and all damages incurred by their pet. These reservations must include a credit card number.
